CORN CAKE
Ingredients
- Yellow Corn Flour
- Unsalted butter, softened
- Granulated Sugar
- Large eggs
- Baking Powder
- Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 tsp of baking powder to 250g of Corn Flour and sift well.
Step 2
Add butter/Margerine 250g.
Step 3
Add sugar 250g and beat well
Step 4
Add eggs, one by one 4 nos and beat well
Step 5
Add 2 tsp of vanilla and beat well
Step 6
Add the sifted flour mixture into the batter
Step 7
Fold the flour mixture into the batter and pour the batter into a greased baking tray.
Step 8
Even out the batter using a spatula
Step 9
Bake at 180’c for 30-40 mins
