CORN ROTI
All purpose corn flour
Step 1
Into a bowl add grated coconut(Fresh/desiccated) 1cup
Step 2
Add salt to taste, add a little water and mix well.
Step 3
Add all-purpose corn flour 1 cup.
Step 4
Form a dough adding required water
Step 5
Form a dough adding the required water and mix well
Step 6
Add onions, spring onions, green chillies, curry leaves and mix well.
Step 7
Shape the dough into balls.
Step 8
Flatten the dough using finger tips and add it into the heating pan.
Step 9
Char it for 40 on each side and serve it.
