CORN MILK RICE

Ingredients

  • Corn RIce
  • Coconut milk (canned or freshly extracted)
  • Cups of water
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions

Step 1

Wash corn rice thoroughly and rinse off excess water.

Step 2

Pour water until it reaches 1.5 inches on top of your middle finger when your hand is placed on the corn rice.

Step 3

Add one cup of coconut milk and mix well.

Step 4

Transfer it to a plate and flatten it.

Step 5

Cut into pieces and serve!
